Using chili fruits for a grass/fire design is nothing new. Come to think of it, it might even be the only typing possible. But with grass types having such a prominent position among my preferences, I do like the opportunity to contribute to their masses. And since there's yet an official design incorporating the fire type (cannot imagine why), here are my pepper natives. Grown with only the finest mulch.
The evolution is gender based. Female Jalapetits evolve into Haburnero, and male into Taboosco.
Jalapetit (Jalapeńo + Petit) Species: Pepper Pokémon Type: Grass / Fire Ability: Unnerve / Anger Point Moves: Incinerate, Razor Leaf, Worry Seed, Flame Charge, Rage Dex entry: Its mask makes it constantly look angry, which is true for the most part. Jalapetit secretes a liquid which ignites upon air contact, which it carries in large reserves.

Haburnero (Habanero + Burn) Species: Rhytm Pokémon Type: Grass / Fire Ability: Intimidate / Solar Power Moves: Petal Dance, Fiery Dance, Rain Dance, Magical Leaf, Will-o-Wisp Dex entry: Haburnero has a terrible temper, and the firepower from its fruits to back it up. Its remarkable dances are conducted both in battles and while gathering its offspring.

Taboosco (Tabasco + Taboo) Species: Warrior Pokémon Type: Grass / Fire Ability: Intimidate / Rivalry Moves: Leaf Blade, Swords Dance, Dragon Dance, Close Combat, Searing Slash* Dex entry: Any Taboosco is keen on warding off enemies, often accomplished with its presence alone. If it loses its fruit blades, it will replace them with the ones on its head.
Hm, since they are pepper pokémon, maybe if other pokemon try to use bite or crunch or those draining moves on it, they'd get a burn or lose some HP... BTW, awesome fakemons, as always. Your brilliant mind should be paid to design this. (Did you hear that, Nintendo?!) Good job, Dude.
