Quagsire and Wailord are cool pokemon on their own. Add all the necessary equipment fitting the lifestyles of dashing individuals from the higher layer of water species and you've got yourselves some dapper mammals ready for exquisite incidents and merry adventures.

The original idea was to let them have a dialogue, but upon suggestion, I agreed that they were better off not saying anything, given the presence of the first and last panels.
